Job Description
- Req#: 25-27426
- Serve as the primary customer contact for equipment support and service.
- Perform basic device cleaning, troubleshooting, and part replacements.
- Handle break-fix activities (70% of role).
- Provide IP address support and printer driver installations.
- Configure devices (IP setup, scanning templates, user access, etc.).
- Apply software updates and escalate network issues as needed.
- Manage onsite equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Track and report account and service activity.
- Support remote troubleshooting and device monitoring.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in equipment and customer support.
Pay Rate: $18.00- $22.00/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
