  • Job Description

      Pay Rate: $18.00- $22.00/hr
      Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
      Location: Waco, TX

      Responsibilities:

      • Serve as the primary customer contact for equipment support and service.
      • Perform basic device cleaning, troubleshooting, and part replacements.
      • Handle break-fix activities (70% of role).
      • Provide IP address support and printer driver installations.
      • Configure devices (IP setup, scanning templates, user access, etc.).
      • Apply software updates and escalate network issues as needed.
      • Manage onsite equipment, supplies, and inventory.
      • Track and report account and service activity.
      • Support remote troubleshooting and device monitoring.

      Requirements:

      • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
      • Strong customer service and communication skills.
      • Ability to multitask and work independently.
      • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
      • 1-2 years of relevant experience in equipment and customer support.

      EDUCATION:
      Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
