      Ce que vous aurez à faire

      The Sales Manager is responsible for building the business in a sustainable way with the national accounts & department stores for the Benelux. Within your role you will be responsible to develop and maintain a collaborative relationship contributing and driving category growth.
      You will be part of the Commercial team and will report directly to the Commercial Manager Benelux.
      With your ownership, business insight, strong knowledge of category management, your agility and collaborative qualities you will contribute to drive the business to a maximum on the long-term.


      MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

      - Deep understanding of your business and your customer, delivering the company objectives; value market share and net revenues in line with financial KPI’s.

      - Develop and implement the key account strategy and plans in line with company priorities for your accounts;
      • Deep understanding of sell-in/ sell-out results and commercial needs / opportunities from the clients to be transferred in a solid action plan driving category growth.
      • Coordinate with Customer Development Manager to develop the annual account plans and budgets. Negotiate & align joint business plans with the retailer.
      • Partner of the Retail Manager to achieve the company retail objectives on door level.
      • Develop E-Business and in collaboration with E-KAM.

      - Direct account management of major independents Retailers at Benelux Level.

      - Lead and prepare COOP negotiations in corporation with Customer Development Manager.

      - Lead annual condition meetings & ownership client P&L, manage different variables effectively to improve the gross – to net results at the KA’s

      - Management team:
      • Management of 3 people ( 2 Field sales and 1 Commercial Coordinator), of which 2 on remote
      • Further develop the set-up new BNL remote sales. Commercial specialist role


      - Oversee daily management of key accounts supported by the Commercial Specialist:
      • First point of contact towards HQ Key Accounts' ensuring efficient coordination within Puig organization.
      • Follow up on monthly budget closure (reporting, analysis, action plan to be put in place)
      • Accountable strategy sell-in packs of launches, sets & deals in line with company KPI’s
      • Accountable to follow the evolution of service KPIs, shop variables, DSO and DIO.

      - Future Lead of commercial development of Niche Brands to join the Benelux portfolio

      • Academic/bachelor degree; Business Administration, Business and Management, Marketing Management.
      • Min of 10 years working experience in a similar role & proven track-record in team management, transition management & leadership in set-up new ways of working
      • Experience in cosmetics
      • Fluent in English / Dutch, French is a plus.
      • This position requires frequent travelling within the Benelux Area
