      THE OPPORTUNITY

      Requirements

      Strong experience designing and implementing supply chain solutions using the OMP software suite, you would be considered a subject matter expert.

      Traveling will be an absolute must for this position. No other considerations will be made contrary to this requirement.

      Implementation:

      • Subject Matter Expert In OMP Supply Chain
      • In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning and optimization principles, including;
        DP = Demand Planning
        CP = Concurrent Planning
        DPS = Detailed Production Scheduling
        MEIO = Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization
      • Proficiency in OMP functionalities, configuration, and integration capabilities.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
      • Project management experience and familiarity with agile methodologies are a plus.
      • Relevant certifications in supply chain management, such as APICS CPIM or CSCP, are a plus.
      • Ability to work with a small but mighty team, you will be expected to offer solutions and not wait for tasks.


      What you'll be working on

      Our client is seek a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Solutions Architect (Implementations) to join their team. As an OMP Supply Chain Solutions Architect (Implementations), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions using the OMP (Operations Management Pro) software suite. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and providing expert guidance on optimizing supply chain operations. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills.

      Responsibilities:
      1. Solution Design and Development:
        • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their supply chain challenges, goals, and requirements.
        • Design and develop comprehensive supply chain solutions utilizing the OMP software suite.
        • Provide expert advice on OMP functionalities, configuration options, and integration possibilities to optimize supply chain operations.
        • Create technical design documents, including functional specifications, system architectures, and data models.
      2. Implementation and Integration:
        • Lead the implementation of OMP supply chain solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
        • Configure and customize the OMP software to meet specific business needs and objectives.
        • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
        • Conduct system testing, identify and resolve issues, and provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.
      3. Project Management and Collaboration:
        • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to project teams, providing guidance on supply chain best practices and industry trends.
        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to ensure successful project execution.
        • Define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, and track progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
        • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the OMP software and leverage its capabilities.
      4. Continuous Improvement:
        • Stay up-to-date with emerging supply chain technologies and industry trends and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
        • Analyze supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
        • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and recommend enhancements or optimizations as needed.
