**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Drive new distribution, volume, and visibility of the employer's portfolio in the on-premise channel
- Develop and implement strategic account segmentation to identify high-potential growth opportunities
- Design and execute promotional programs to enhance product sell-out
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and collaborate with local bartenders and mixologists
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitive activity
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in on-premise alcoholic beverage sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the on-premise sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various locations
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience working in a four-tier distribution market
- Familiarity with product sales and ability to create compelling selling stories
- Proficiency in KARMA, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a multi-brand portfolio
