What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new distribution, volume, and visibility of the employer's portfolio in the On-Premise channel
- Manage top on-premise key accounts to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence
- Develop and implement strategic account segmentation and customized activation plans
- Coordinate with distributor teams to drive brand awareness and trial in assigned accounts
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities and market trends to inform strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 3 years of experience in on-premise alcoholic beverage sales
- Experience in a three-tier distribution market
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

- Proven experience in sales within the on-premise sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience managing a budget and understanding business financials
- Familiarity with product sales and creating compelling selling narratives
