What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage key accounts to drive new distribution, volume, and visibility of the employer's portfolio
- Develop and implement strategic account segmentation to identify growth opportunities
- Design and execute promotional programs to enhance product sell-out
- Collaborate with local bartenders and distributor mixologists to create cocktails that promote brand visibility
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitive activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 3 years of experience in on-premise alcoholic beverage sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a three-tier distribution market
- Current and effective relationships and marketing understanding in the on-premise channel
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the on-premise sector
- Familiarity with product sales and the ability to develop compelling selling stories
