      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive visibility and distribution of the employer's portfolio within the On Premise channel
      - Manage relationships with top on-premise key accounts to enhance brand presence
      - Develop and execute promotional programs for assigned key accounts
      - Train wait staff and conduct incentive programs to ensure brand awareness
      - Collaborate with distributor sales teams to drive awareness and trial for priority brands

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 to 3 years of experience in on-premise alcoholic beverage sales
      - Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration
      - Current understanding of on-premise channel relationships and marketing
      - Ability to travel within assigned territory, including weekends and extended workdays
      - Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a motor vehicle

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a three-tier distribution market
      - Strong account management and follow-up skills
      - Familiarity with product sales and ability to create compelling selling stories
      - Proficient in KARMA, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
