      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct support through assessment, consultation, education, and triage services to organizations and their employees
      - Conduct critical incident response services and EAP assessments, including short-term counseling and health and wellness trainings
      - Manage caseloads and ensure timely documentation to meet quality and performance standards
      - Develop effective working relationships across organizational lines to build a high-performance team
      - Identify operational challenges and recommend continuous improvement plans to enhance company performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience after obtaining a graduate degree
      - Clinical training in chemical dependency, mental health, and brief therapy
      - Understanding of workplace issues, employee/employer relationships, and relevant regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA)
      - Competency in crisis intervention and accurate client assessment
      - Current licensure required for this position (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CEAP - Certified Employee Assistance Professional certification
      - Experience in solution-focused, brief therapy in an outpatient setting
      - Strong customer service and training skills
      - Ability to adapt to new situations and manage changing priorities
      - Proven track record of maintaining a positive, achievement-oriented attitude
