      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide elevated support to shipboard staff before, during, and after the cruise, handling escalated issues as necessary
      - Liaise with relevant business units to ensure all information is processed effectively
      - Research and address guest inquiries, complaints, and praises, communicating resolutions internally
      - Manage customer interactions using the Siebel system, creating service requests and monitoring files
      - Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with the resolution of their concerns and compose follow-up communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of customer service experience, with three years handling escalated issues
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
      - Time management and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant systems for guest information access

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the travel or cruise industry
      - Familiarity with ADA regulations and accessible experience support
      - Additional certifications in customer service or conflict resolution
