What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the onboarding process by assisting clients as they begin working with the employer
- Organize and schedule client calls to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Communicate project timelines and next steps to clients and internal teams
- Gather client materials and ensure timely submission of all required assets
- Track project progress and keep clients informed throughout their onboarding journey
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-1 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related role (internships welcome)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Interest in luxury real estate and digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Experience working in client-facing roles and a genuine enjoyment of helping others
- Proven ability to problem-solve and find solutions to challenges
