What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and medical staff to coordinate home and office deliveries
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-up tasks as directed by a pharmacist
- Assist with onboarding new specialty patients and maintain accurate patient records
- Complete patient assessments and medication delivery setup under pharmacist supervision
- Document all interactions accurately while ensuring confidentiality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Pharmacy Technician certification preferred
- Prior specialty healthcare experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in specialty pharmacy or infusion services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare setting
