      - Assist clients during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition
      - Organize and schedule client calls effectively
      - Communicate project timelines and next steps to clients and internal teams
      - Gather and track client materials to ensure timely submission of required assets
      - Collaborate with Onboarding Specialists to enhance the onboarding experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 0-1 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related role (internships welcome)
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
      - Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
      - Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
      - Interest in luxury real estate and digital marketing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in client-facing roles
      - Familiarity with project management tools and digital marketing concepts
      - A strong desire to contribute to team success and client satisfaction
