What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard new customers by setting up connectivity and adding devices for monitoring
- Ensure all necessary onboarding and documentation steps are completed for Managed Services delivery
- Manage casework for existing customers, including monitoring changes and troubleshooting
- Provide CCNA level route switch configuration and firewall configuration
- Collaborate with internal and external IT resources to maintain client satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience in a networking/security engineering related position
- Experience with building VPN tunnels and firewalls
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
- Basic understanding of customer change management and regulatory requirements
- A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance, as travel is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CCNA Routing/Switching or CCNP Enterprise, SolarWinds Certified Professional
- Experience with monitoring SolarWinds Orion and working in a virtual server environment
- Knowledge of VPN and NAT technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated "can-do" attitude with a focus on customer service
