What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate customers' technical transition to the employer's support services
- Configure and troubleshoot CCNA level route switches and firewalls
- Collaborate with internal and external IT resources to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor and manage network operations using tools like SolarWinds Orion
- Provide technical support and communicate effectively with non-technical users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years' experience in a networking/security engineering-related position
- Experience with building VPN tunnels and working with firewalls
- Ability to provide CCNA level route switch and firewall configuration
- Basic understanding of customer change management and regulatory requirements
- A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance; must have a car for travel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Splunk and/or security ingest configuration
- Certifications such as CCNA Routing/Switching or CCNA Security, CCNP Security, or CompTIA Security+
- Experience in a virtual server environment; VMWare experience is a plus
- Knowledge of VPN and NAT technologies
- Ability to demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
