      What You'll Be Doing

      The Onboarding Paperwork Specialist is responsible for ensuring all customer onboarding paperwork is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with state regulations and company policies. This role plays a key part in streamlining the onboarding process by reviewing, verifying, and processing required documentation.
      • Review and process onboarding paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and company requirements.
      • Verify customer documentation and follow up on any missing or incomplete information.
      • Accurately enter and maintain onboarding data in company systems.
      • Work closely with the Supervisor, Compliance & Customer Onboarding to resolve paperwork issues.
      • Assist customers with questions related to onboarding requirements and documentation.
      • Support audits and reporting related to customer onboarding compliance.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding workflows and efficiency
      • All other duties as assigned.

      What You'll Bring to the Table:
      • Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm CST
      • 2+ years experience in Compliance.
      • High school diploma or GED required with some college preferred.
      • Strong verbal (both in person and phone) and written communication skills that can be flexed to fit a broad spectrum of situations with both internal and external partners and clients/customers.
      • Excellent organizational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize numerous time bound tasks and switch between tasks efficiently.
      • Experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer/state inquiries
      • Strong attention to detail leading to high quality work product.
      • A strong sense of accountability and work ethic with the ability to manage work independently.
      • Superior judgment and critical thinking skills to make a well evaluated decision regarding state regulations and company operating procedures.
      • Positive, resilient, consistent, customer-centric attitude. Patient, team-oriented demeanor.
      • Ability to analyze account documentation and device usage/history.
      • Computer skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Access and SharePoint preferred.
      • Effective problem solving skills used to identify efficiency, quality and/or service improvements to the work assigned.
