      About the Role:

      As Onboarding Project Manager, you are responsible for managing the project cycle and delivering solutions that change the healthcare landscape. You are passionate about managing technological projects, a strong communicator, and have great organizational and interpersonal skills. The Project Manager must be collaborative with a penchant for problem-solving in a complex environment.

      The Onboarding Project Manager will report to our Senior Manager, Technical Services. The salary range for this position is $80,000- $95,000 annually based on candidate's experience, plus a performance incentivized bonus. This role is fully remote within the US and may include some travel for customer and team events.

      What You'll Do:
      • Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.
      • Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and define clear project objectives and deliverables.
      • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring that project milestones are met on schedule.
      • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success and successful onboarding.
      • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing timely updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
      • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving any obstacles that may impact the project timeline or deliverables.
      • Provide training and support to customers during the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
      • Own technical integration and interoperability:
      • Lead the technical integration process, ensuring seamless connectivity between Surgimate and other systems Customers are using.
      • Collaborate with the R&D, Customer Support and Implementations teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance interoperability.
      • Configure product builds during implementation:
      • Work hands-on to configure Surgimate product builds during the implementation phase.
      • Collaborate with the development team to address customization needs and ensure client satisfaction.
      • Continuously assess and improve the implementation process by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
      • Assist the customer with refining requirements and customize internal controls, configuration, and quality assurance.

      About You:

      Experience and Skills
      • Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience and 1 year implementing SaaS products; experience implementing digital health systems - advantage
      • IT or software development background
      • Experience working closely with clients
      • Effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to successfully communicate with a variety of levels within an organization
      • Experience in Agile methodology - advantage.
      • PMP certification a plus
      • Outstanding (preferably native) English language skills
