      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate and oversee new hire onboarding sessions, both virtual and in-person
      - Design and customize role-specific training curricula for various positions within the organization
      - Create and manage high-quality training materials and onboarding content
      - Implement certification processes and provide feedback on new hire progress
      - Track and analyze key metrics to improve the onboarding program continuously

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Learning & Development
      - Strong preference for experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, or technical B2B SaaS environments
      - Proven ability to present and facilitate engaging training sessions
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple new hire cohorts simultaneously
      - Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Engagement Tools, and LMS platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience discussing technical concepts such as APIs, directories, and authentication protocols
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
