      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead customers through the organizational, workflow, and behavioral changes required for successful adoption of athenaOne Dental
      - Proactively communicate project status, risks, and scope changes to both internal teams and customers
      - Provide consultative guidance on recommended workflows and best-practice use of athenaOne
      - Collaborate with the cross-functional Onboarding team to deliver a cohesive implementation experience
      - Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, decisions, risks, and meeting outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
      - 3–5 years of professional experience in healthcare or a closely aligned industry, with expertise in revenue cycle management and electronic medical records
      - Minimum one year of project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
      - Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mediate conflict
      - Ability to travel as needed, typically 50% or less

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Direct experience with revenue cycle management at a healthcare-related practice or company
      - Familiarity or experience working in an established dental practice or adjacent company
      - High emotional intelligence and stellar customer relationship skills
      - Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize work across multiple accounts
      - Proactive and high energy work style
