      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead customers through the necessary organizational and workflow changes to successfully adopt the employer's healthcare solutions.
      - Provide guidance to stakeholders on the impacts of new processes and support informed decision-making throughout implementation.
      - Manage day-to-day project activities across a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and predictable delivery.
      - Proactively communicate project status, risks, and changes to both internal teams and customers.
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive and high-quality onboarding experience.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
      - 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in healthcare, with expertise in revenue cycle management and electronic medical records.
      - Minimum one year of project management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict effectively.
      - Experience with revenue cycle management in a healthcare-related practice is a strong plus.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity or experience working in an established dental practice or adjacent company.
      - Experience in client services or strategic onboarding functions within a services or SaaS implementation setting.
