      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead customers through the necessary changes to successfully adopt athenaOne for their practices
      - Guide stakeholders in understanding new processes, clarifying roles, and reinforcing desired behaviors
      - Manage project activities across a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and predictable delivery
      - Communicate project status, risks, and changes to both internal teams and customers
      - Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones and decisions to ensure alignment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a related field
      - 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in healthcare or a closely aligned industry
      - Minimum one year of project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflicts
      - Direct experience with revenue cycle management at a healthcare-related practice is a strong plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an established dental practice or adjacent company
      - Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
      - Proven ability to foster trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams
      - Background in client services or strategic onboarding functions
      - Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions and implementation processes
