  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, ensuring accurate data entry of prescription information
  - Achieve key performance metrics as set by management
  - Educate facilities and patients about the employer's medication management solutions
  - Manage patient assessments and maintain referral relationships to grow the business
  - Collaborate with the Clinical Services team to complete medication therapy management services
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 8 pm EST, with some Saturdays required
  - Must have been in the current role for at least 6 months
  - Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
  - Home internet with a minimum of 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload
  - Completion of training sessions and active participation in assessments
