What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with documentation of new products and services
- Set up customers, accounts, and service offerings within the IBS systems
- Serve as a liaison across functional areas to ensure accurate setup and execution of products and services
- Manage customer service level expectations
- Assist officers and customers with execution of product and service agreements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in banking operations, bank customer service, or retail banking role
- Strong knowledge of deposit products, money movement, and delivery of services
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of FIS applications preferred

- Demonstrated proficiency in FIS applications
- Associate's Degree in a related field
- Experience in business proposals and presentations for customer sales meetings
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
