      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the entire product implementation lifecycle from sales announcement to customer handoff
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout onboarding and implementation
      - Develop and maintain project plans, onboarding schedules, and status updates
      - Proactively monitor project milestones and manage risks to ensure timely completion of deliverables
      - Conduct regular project status calls with customers to ensure alignment and progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in customer onboarding, project coordination, or software training
      - Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related fields
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience delivering training and guiding customers through software onboarding
      - Basic understanding of accounting principles
      - Experience with project coordination or managing small-scale customer onboarding projects
      - Certifications or additional training in project management or customer success
