What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide patients and their chosen caregivers in submitting required work and medical documentation
- Schedule and conduct remote orientations with patients and caregivers
- Submit tax applications to the appropriate agencies and complete necessary follow-ups
- Conduct background checks and communicate progress to ensure smooth enrollment
- Maintain accurate case files and account data within Salesforce CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- Proven exceptional customer service experience in a high-volume call environment
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to meet and exceed weekly targets or metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
- 2 years of experience using Salesforce
- 2 years of Medicaid experience in a home care agency environment
