      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the onboarding process, ensuring they are informed and supported
      - Manage all aspects of onboarding paperwork, including distribution, collection, and follow-up for timely completion
      - Coordinate with recruiters to monitor candidate progress and advise on any necessary adjustments to start dates
      - Review completed paperwork for accuracy and compliance before submitting to the Quality Assurance team
      - Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and collaborate with the team to implement enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous onboarding experience at a staffing firm
      - Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish and English required
      - Proficient with or able to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
