  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Guide new restaurant and retail clients through the full onboarding process for Linga rOS
  - Conduct onboarding kickoff calls and perform remote hardware installation and configuration
  - Serve as the primary contact for clients during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and project updates
  - Track project milestones, identify risks, and provide ongoing support for 30 days post-go-live
  - Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Onboarding Leadership to ensure client success
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Experience in software onboarding, technical support, customer success, or POS implementation
  - Strong understanding of POS systems and hardware components
  - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  - Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  - High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working with customers in hospitality, retail, or restaurant environments
  - Proficiency with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and data entry/documentation standards
  - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations
