  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, gathering key health information and medication lists
  - Enter patient prescription information accurately to ensure correct medication delivery
  - Achieve key performance metrics as established by the management team
  - Educate patients and healthcare facilities about the employer's services
  - Manage patient assessment processes and maintain referral relationships
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  - Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy customer service experience
  - Certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
  - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  - Strong problem-solving ability and organizational skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmacy environment
  - Proficiency in MS Office suite
  - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  - Energetic and compassionate phone skills
  - Motivational and persuasive with a passion for helping others
