- Maximize customer usage of the platform during the first 30 days
- Provide customers with best practices and materials to enhance revenue and usage
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong passion for the customer experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to connect interpersonally with others effectively
- Comfortable working with various software platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales, customer success, or account management
