What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, ensuring accurate data entry of prescription information
- Achieve key performance metrics set by the management team
- Educate facilities, institutions, and patients about the employer's medication management solutions
- Manage the patient assessment process to grow business and maintain referral relationships
- Collaborate with the Clinical Services team in the completion of medication therapy management (MTM) services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM EST, with the possibility of working one Saturday each month
- Must have been in the current role for at least 6 months
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
