- Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our construction scheduling platform.
- Conduct training sessions (both virtual and on-site) for project teams, schedulers, and executives.
- Provide hands-on support in migrating existing schedules from Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling tools.
- Educate clients on Lean construction principles, Pull Planning, and Short Interval Scheduling, helping them integrate these methodologies into their workflows.
- Collaborate with customer success, product, and engineering teams to provide feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in construction scheduling, advising clients on best practices for Lean scheduling, workflow optimization, and efficient project planning.
- Travel up to 50% to customer sites across the U.S. for training, workshops, and implementation support.
- Assist in developing training materials, documentation, and knowledge base resources to support customer education.
- 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling for general contractors, owners, or construction management firms.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
- Strong understanding of Lean construction concepts, Pull Planning, and Short Interval Scheduling.
- Experience in construction project scheduling, project controls, and resource planning.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to teach complex scheduling methodologies to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with SaaS or technology-driven solutions for construction is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the U.S.
- Must be located near a major U.S. airport for ease of travel.
