What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Experience teams to implement new client accounts efficiently
- Conduct training sessions to educate clients on best practices for using the employer's platform
- Monitor and manage onboarding health across new client implementations, ensuring timelines are met
- Perform quality assurance by reviewing client interactions and documentation
- Troubleshoot client issues and escalate as necessary to ensure resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in implementation or project management
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience in a Technology or SaaS company
- Strong understanding of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and CRM software
- Proficient in Excel, including conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, and data management techniques
