 What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
 - Lead client onboarding and implementation engagements, optimizing the use of SecurityScorecard products and services
 - Collaborate with clients to provide training and develop onboarding materials and sessions
 - Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and under-budget execution
 - Conduct product demonstrations to both internal and customer audiences
 - Gather client feedback and work with Product and Engineering teams to address any reported issues
 What is Required (Qualifications):
 - 2+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, sales, solutions architecting, or consulting within cybersecurity or SaaS platforms
 - Proficiency with business operations and productivity software such as G Suite, Salesforce, and Zendesk
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills
 - Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to interact with C-Suite and technical personnel
 - Leadership skills are a plus
 How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
 - Experience in delivering B2B SaaS software onboarding and implementations
 - Knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts and Third-Party Risk Management
 - Familiarity with industry challenges, trends, and competitive landscape
 - Business or technical consulting experience for enterprise-level clients
 - Understanding of software development and cloud technologies, including API concepts and AWS
