      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires and existing candidates
      - Act as a key contact for onboarding-related issues and coordinate with clinicians
      - Send out new hire welcome packets containing payroll forms, benefits information, and other essentials
      - Track pre-employment screening requirements such as background checks and drug screens
      - Ensure all required onboarding paperwork is complete and properly filed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; College Degree or coursework preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment preferred
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
      - Excellent organization and time management skills with attention to detail
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
