What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with oncology field teams to build relationships with key stakeholders in community accounts
- Educate and train staff on efficient practices for product delivery
- Act as a subject matter expert on economic value and payer changes affecting product delivery
- Advise on patient affordability programs available to assist patients financially
- Support patient care transitions to optimize adherence and ensure viable care options in the marketplace
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in practice management
- A valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty United States
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
- Reside in the designated geography or willingness to relocate
- Experience in practice management or applicable experience in a similar role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS or degree in a related field
- Work-related experience in oncology
- Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Experience working with field teams such as Key Account Managers or Oncology Clinical Educators
- Experience in practice management and operations
