      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify reportable cases from various sources
      - Accurately and completely abstract reportable cases
      - Obtain additional treatment data from primary sources
      - Conduct patient follow-up activities
      - Adhere to guidelines established by the employer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in Health Information Management or an allied health field
      - Experience in oncology data services preferred
      - Successful completion of Anatomy & Physiology courses
      - Relevant work experience in healthcare data management

      - Previous experience in oncology data management or related fields
