      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the Cincinnati, OH territory
      - Build business relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance customer experience
      - Communicate compelling, patient-centered messages about oncology products during customer engagements
      - Analyze trends in drug distribution and evaluate purchasing patterns for oncology products
      - Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with the local team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with a preference for oncology-related roles
      - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnight travel of 10-15%
      - Reside in or near the assigned district
      - Strong performance history in sales or marketing roles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
      - Clinical oncology experience or strong performance in an oncology-related role
      - Proven track record of success in a sales/marketing capacity
