      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with customers to identify needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the Cincinnati, OH territory
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience with the oncology team
      - Analyze market trends and customer purchasing patterns to develop strategic plans
      - Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support customer needs and product messaging

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel of 10-15%
      - Strong professional experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with oncology experience preferred
      - Ability to analyze complex buying environments and develop actionable plans
      - Reside in or near the assigned district

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
      - Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
      - Experience with account management and customer service in the healthcare sector
