What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the designated territory
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the oncology community
- Utilize approved resources to communicate the benefits of oncology products effectively
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic planning
- Collaborate with local teams and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Previous experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required (10-15% overnight travel)
- Reside in or near the designated district for the position
- Strong understanding of oncology treatment options and multidisciplinary care teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
- Documented history of strong performance in sales or clinical oncology roles
- Familiarity with oncology nursing or sales operations
