      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the designated territory
      - Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance customer experience
      - Communicate effectively about oncology products, leveraging approved resources
      - Analyze market trends and account dynamics to develop strategic plans
      - Collaborate with the Oncology Customer Team to ensure a seamless customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Relevant experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably in oncology
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel of 10 - 15%
      - Reside in or near the designated district
      - Strong understanding of oncology and the multidisciplinary team approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
      - Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
      - Experience with oncology therapeutic sales to oncology customers
