What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers to address needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals in the territory
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to build relationships and trust
- Analyze market trends and customer patterns to develop strategic plans
- Ensure a consistent customer experience by coordinating with various team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in the healthcare or scientific field, preferably with oncology
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel of 10-15%
- Reside within a reasonable distance to the assigned district
- Strong knowledge of oncology products and treatment options
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
- Documented history of strong performance in a sales or clinical oncology role
- Experience working with oncology customers in a field sales capacity
