      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the designated territory
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and build strong business relationships
      - Communicate effectively about oncology products and their patient-centered uses during customer engagements
      - Analyze market trends and evaluate purchasing patterns in a complex buying environment
      - Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the local team and district manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology background
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight trips of 10-15%
      - Residence in or near the assigned district

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
      - Proven track record of strong performance in sales or clinical oncology roles
      - Experience with oncology therapeutic sales to healthcare professionals
