What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key healthcare professionals, understanding their practice structures and needs
- Demonstrate expertise in oncology, including cancer staging, treatment options, and clinical trials
- Analyze market trends and customer purchasing patterns to inform sales strategies
- Develop and execute both short and long-term account plans in collaboration with the account team
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required for the position
- Experience in professional sales, healthcare/scientific fields, or military service
- Proven ability to understand complex oncology-related information and market dynamics
- Willingness to travel as needed for the role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of oncology field sales experience
- Documented history of strong performance in sales or oncology clinical roles
- Experience with therapeutic agents in oncology
- Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors
