What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of oncology treatments and effectively communicate product value to healthcare professionals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of sales experience OR minimum of high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required by the role
- Experience in the healthcare or scientific field, including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends in complex buying environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders in oncology settings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of oncology field sales experience
- Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
- Experience with oncology therapeutic agents and understanding of clinical oncology across multiple solid tumors
- Military experience in a healthcare-related capacity
- Strong network within the oncology community
