      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with customers to address needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products
      - Collaborate with team members to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals in the Minneapolis territory
      - Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment and develop strategic plans
      - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience
      - Communicate effectively about product offerings using approved resources and messaging

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Professional sales experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with oncology experience preferred
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required, including overnight travel of 10-15%
      - Reside in or near the assigned district
      - Strong understanding of the oncology landscape, including treatment options and guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
      - Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
      - Experience with account management and customer relationship management
