      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the designated territory
      - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and enhance customer experience
      - Communicate effectively about oncology products using approved messaging and resources
      - Analyze market trends and identify opportunities within complex buying environments
      - Collaborate with team members to develop and execute strategic plans for account management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Professional sales experience or relevant work experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably in oncology
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required (10-15% overnight travel)
      - Reside within a reasonable distance to the district
      - Strong performance history in sales or marketing roles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
      - Experience in clinical oncology or documented success in a sales/marketing role within oncology
      - Proven ability to understand and navigate complex accounts and local market dynamics
