What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals by engaging with customers in the territory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience with the Oncology team
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address their needs and promote oncology products
- Analyze market trends and customer patterns to inform strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers in the oncology community
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Professional sales experience or relevant work experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel up to 15%
- Knowledge of cancer treatment options, guidelines, and multidisciplinary teams
- Reside in or near the designated territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
- Documented history of strong performance in a sales or clinical oncology role
- Experience with oncology group purchasing organizations, wholesalers, or specialty pharmacies
