What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals for the Pittsburgh, PA territory
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Communicate a patient-centered rationale for oncology products during customer engagements
- Analyze trends in the buying environment and evaluate purchasing patterns
- Collaborate with the local team and district manager to develop and execute strategic plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight 10-15%
- Reside within a reasonable distance to the district
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
- Documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role
- Oncology field sales or clinical oncology experience
