      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the Pittsburgh territory
      - Build relationships and trust with key stakeholders to understand their needs
      - Communicate compelling, patient-centered rationale for oncology products
      - Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and develop strategic plans
      - Collaborate with the oncology customer team to ensure a consistent customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Professional sales experience or work experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel of 10-15%
      - Must reside in or be within a reasonable distance of the district

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
      - Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
      - Experience in customer engagement and relationship management
