      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the St. Louis, MO territory
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
      - Educate stakeholders about oncology products and their patient-centered uses
      - Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
      - Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders in the oncology field

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
      - Experience in the healthcare or scientific field, preferably in oncology
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight trips (10 - 15%)
      - Must reside in or be within a reasonable distance to the assigned district
      - Proven ability to analyze complex buying environments and develop strategic plans

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of oncology field-based sales experience
      - Documented history of strong performance in a sales or clinical oncology role
      - Previous experience with oncology therapeutic sales to oncology customers
      - Knowledge of multidisciplinary team structures and cancer treatment pathways
