What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals within the designated territory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience with the Oncology team
- Communicate effectively about oncology products to key stakeholders during customer engagements
- Analyze complex buying environments and identify trends in drug distribution
- Develop and execute plans in collaboration with local teams and the district manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle
- Willingness to travel, including overnight travel up to 15%
- Knowledge or experience in the healthcare/scientific field, preferably with oncology
- Reside in or near the assigned district
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
- Documented history of strong performance in a sales or clinical oncology role
- Experience in marketing or professional sales within the biotechnology or pharmaceuticals industry
